First Gen Dodge Ram (1980-1993) Animated DRL Grille Bars

A sharp and eye-catching mod for your first gen (1980-1993) Dodge Ram - Animated DRL GrilleBars! Your truck already has the wiring for it, why not use it in a much more effective and dynamic way? Choose from switchback, white only, or amber only. 

This kit will include a pair of our all new 2.0 animated startup GrilleBars mounted on aluminum strips.   Our 22" Universal GrilleBars are used to give your first gen a seriously eye catching new look.

Wiring is a Sparksmith exclusive plug & play harness that will work with any First Gen Dodge Ram (1980-1993). The base harness has two 1157 to 3157 jumpers. One goes to the driver's side Park/Turn bulb, the other goes to the passenger side Park/Turn bulb.  Jumpers allow you to continue to run your stock park/turn signal bulbs. Or you can opt for our impressively bright 3157 bulbs in a matching white, amber, or switchback style. 

The built-in resistors on the harness ensure that you won't have any issues with hyperflash when running our LED bulbs up front.  

Speaking of bulbs. We have two great options. Choose between the impressively bright Pro Series and the obnoxiously bright MAXX Signature Series. 

VERY IMPORTANT: USE THE INCLUDED DIELECTRIC GREASE IN THE WHITE TUBES IN YOUR STOCK SOCKETS. IF YOU DO NOT, THE CONTACTS WILL CORRODE AND THE BAR WILL STOP WORKING. THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

That's it! No cutting, no soldering, no crimping, no modification to your stock wiring, whatsoever. What's even better? We have integrated HD Load resistors. This will allow you to run LED turn signal bulbs without the effects of hyperflash. It really couldn't get any better.
